The Theater

The theater, the theater, the smell of the theater.

It makes me feel safe and comfortable.

I love my home and I’m not ready to leave it.

Ugly Chair

That chair is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen.

It’s the color of vomit with odd flowers on it. But that chair is the best thing in my life

Because of the conversations I’ve had in that chair.

Laughter

I don’t genuinely laugh very often.

But the last time I did,

I laughed so hard I almost peed

You Are Good

I am so proud of you.

You’ve grown so much.
